The IRS accepts most returns without argument, at least initially so the short answer is yes, but read on.
If you elected for direct deposit to your bank account you should receive it the Friday after next (I'm assuming the return was accepted after 11am the Thursday just gone).
If you are delinquent in child support or student loans or if you owe the IRS money for any other year, your refund will be reduced or eliminated (but so, of course, will be the outstanding debt). If none of those apply, you will get the full amount of the refund shown on your return. If you chose to have them send you a check, add a couple of weeks to the date given above.

When the IRS accepts your return, it means just that! They have received it and are processing it and if they find nothing wrong with it, then you will get your refund direct deposited within a week to 14 days---here's the IRS efile chart if you know the exact day you efiled:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p2043.pdf
That should help you know when you might expect your refund. Also-here is the IRS site where you can check the status of your refund:
https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp
Since your return was just accepted, it usually takes several days after that to get any kind of updated status on the IRS site---at least it did for me. They do update that site on Wednesdays, so you may want to check then and see if it gives you a date of when to expect your refund. If there are problems they encounter with your return, you will be given a code and your return will be under review and it will delay your refund---just because the IRS accepted it does not guarantee that all the information you provided is correct, it is just the initial step in processing your return.

Accepted just means that it has passed some very basic checks - the social security numbers match the names on the return, and there isn't a return already filed with those same social security numbers.
If something else is found to be wrong with your return, or if you owe back taxes, defaulted school loans, or overdue child support, your refund could be less than your return shows, or taken altogether. Otherwise you should see your refund in a couple weeks if you asked for direct deposit, a week or so longer if your check is mailed to you.

I presume from your question that you
electronically filed your return. Accepted mean that they have received the return and are processing it.
It usally takes 2 rto three weeks to receive your refund. The time depends on what day of thw week it was accepted and whether or not it is being electronically deposited in your bank or you are having a paper check sent to you. All refunds are elctronically posted to your bank if using dirrect depoit on Friday or if tyou are receiving a paper check are mailed on friday. You can cehck the exact dates at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p2043.pdf. You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to viw this page. You can download it for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/
Some of the most common reasons you might not receive your check would be, owing back taxes to the IRS, having delinquent student loans and/or owing back child support. If IRS does not send you the entire refund as shown on your tax return, they will notify you in writing why.

If you used tax act online.com, it will be quick. You will get an email telling you the day it will be mailed. The email might take 24 hours.
