seriously? wow! way to think out your tattoo and plan it well.

you aren't supposed to wear shoes or socks at all for two weeks after getting a foot tattoo. since you are obviously not going to be able to play volleyball without shoes or socks i guess you'll just have to risk getting an infection as well as ruining your tattoo. be sure to wash it as soon as you get finished playing.
so good luck with that. make sure that next time (if there is a next time) you plan it out better. maybe get it when volleyball isn't in season or preseason.

Just keep it covered by a cloth bandage or something, and wear clean dry socks. It's about all you can do. That and try to avoid getting tattoos in areas that will present problems.

you might have to sit out, if you want to protect your new tat. you shouldnt cover your tattoo up right away, and you especially dont want to put a sock on and sweat during practice, this can mess up the healing process of your tattoo. talk to your coach...he/she will probably be mad, but oh well. maybe you should have waited tto get your tat until the end of your season?

ideally you would sit out, its still fresh and not advisable to cover it but in this instance i would, you get gauze squares from the pharmacy that only have adhesive around the edges, they are made to go over stitches, i would invest in these and put one over before practise but take it easy, and wash your ta2 as soon as practise is over, dry it and put on a tissue repair cream such as lasonil to keep it supple, good luck

Wear long socks and sneakers so that no one will see it. Or you can wear a band aid to cover it and say you cut yourself.
