If you had nothing but wages from a W2 you can use the 1040EZ

you can try to electronically file using the IRS Free File

If all of your income is on a W-2, plus maybe some interest from a bank account, use the 1040EZ.

Your parents can still claim you as a dependant depending on your income or if you are in still in school or college. If they do, you need to check the box on the form that says: Can you be claimed on someone else's tax return. You should still get back all you paid in depending on your income. You can research this at www.irs.com. Enter dependants in the search bar.
