I am 14 years old and i am 5'3.5'' 98 pounds if i walked about 3.5-5 miles how many calories should i consume?

I don't know but it would be way more than 300 calories, but seriously girl you're way way skinny, don't push it! I am younger than you and you are weigh less than me! That means I got to get fit! Anyway, it will be way more than 300 calories.

About 1,500- 2,000 calories.
Your so lucky! Your so skinny! I'm 5"1 and 105 pounds, and I'm 14 too, and I want to get down to 85 pounds.

At your age you can eat as much as you want , just get in a habit of eating healthy foods, more vegetables and fruits , no McDonald's and burger king. Have red meat only once a week eat chicken and fish. and no fried food. and water instead of soda, and don't smoke.

when you walk you burn calories! YOu dont gain anything, just getting good excerise

i dont think you need any weight loss. ur lucky. im 12 and weigh more then you.
