Well, I don't know from experience or age. But I know there comes a point where some girls fantasize about older man and then when they get older about younger man. It happens! She would flirt with you definetly, she would make comments, maybe make you jealous, ssay things that are sexual or put offers out there. Like maybe "we" should go out, or "we" should do that. She may tough you a bit, she may start to change her looks, wear more revealing clothes, new hair style, makeup etc. Why don't you try to put some things out there yourself (if this is for you) see if she bites back lol or depends on what she says you should know. Ask questions to they never heart.

Fancy? All the time, darling! Fit, healthy, clean, fun to be with, nice bod, no baggage... what's not to fancy?!

Have flings with? Hmm, not sure about that one. If she's settled with partner and/or children, would enjoy drooling over him & flirting, but in most cases would draw the line there (with perhaps a snog at Christmas!). She wouldn't want to risk her marriage, or children's stability; or having the 25 yr old laugh out loud or go 'Eww' when he saw her stretch marks/flab/dimpled thighs.

If you work with an older woman and are wondering if she fancies you, I would say, how would you tell with someone of 25? Flirting? It's much the same with someone older. Ask her if she fancies grabbing a coffee at lunchtime, or whatever.

You can get pretty close to people who you are thrown together with day in & day out; it's easy to develop crushes/lust for people. Think carefully about the consequences of working together afterwards; also what you think might be 'I'm up for it' might just be a bit of flirting to make her day more enjoyable.

Oh, me!Me!
Have had flings with guys much younger than me; I was 42; he was 19.
Had a one night stand with a guy 18 years my junior.
Older women don't give hints - they are direct. Are you flirting with this woman? Is she flirting back?
Simple. Ask her for a drink after work. Flirt like mad.
The 19 year old came on to me within ten minutes of us sitting down together, and I was game; I was unattached; I knew he wanted me, and I knew I looked good. no problem.
Just be straight.

Dude it's more fantasy than anything else. I mean an older woman can hit on you but like all dating, there's still no promise of "closing the deal".

from experience, all i can say is eye contact, you take contrlo and you suggest a drink after work. Or ask them to go along with you into the stationery cupboard as you need a hand......all they can say is NO.

hehehe have fun!
