mac and cheese, spagettios, a lot of the gerber graduate foods.
She pretty much can eat whatever you eat but you got to cut it up in small pieces.
Do not giver her stuff she can choke on like popcorn, peanuts, grapes ect.
She can have hot dogs but you have to cut them length wise and then sideways so they are small pieces and not round.
Keep trying meat and green beans. Just because they won't eat it one day doesn't mean they don't like it. Toddlers go through stages where they don't like certain foods for a while and then they'll eat it again later.

Beans have protien try that and if she won't eat green beans try peas or other green veggies there are a lot. You would be surprised what a toddler will eat. Try veggies that maybe you don't like she may. I work with young children and some of them actually like spinich when their parents hate it. As for the protien try beans, cheese, milk, there are some meatless products she might like as well.

When my little ones were that age we used these foods a lot

~scrambled eggs with cheese melted on them
~noodles boiled in broth
~grilled cheese
~hotdogs cut into very small pieces
~cheese cut into small pieces
~cinnimon/sugar toast
~banana slices
~cooked carrots
try anything you eat but in smaller pieces and remember that a serving for a toddler is very small!!

Noodles and cheese; blueberries; bananas; soft veggies; applesauce; yogurt; mashed sweet potatoes ....her other 3 molars might be coming in .... thus she refuses anything chewy because it hurts to chew.
