i really like this girl for a couple of monthes. shes really nice, shes shy, and shes beautiful... about 3 months ago, she found out i liked her, and she said she wanted to be just freinds. to my surprise she went out with some guy that was into drugs and drinking (even though she wasn't like that) he cheated on her, and they broke up so i started to like her again, and we were spending more time together and she wasn't that shy anymore. The day before valentine's day, a friend told her about me liking her and she gave me the just friends thing again. i felt so bad, she wanted to know why i liked her, so i gave a friend of hers a full page note, and it was really heartfelt. i put everything i felt about her down on that letter, it said some stuff like "she has the perfect personality a person could ever have" and "besides personality, she is beautiful, but that doesn't matter because the inside is what i love". some other girls read it and the loved it. and the girls said that any girl would be stupid not to love me after that... and they said that was the sweetest thing a guy could do. anyways, the girl i like got the note, and she said it was fake, and she didn't like it and she thought it was bad. but the truth is, it wasn't fake whatsoever it was all true. i'm not sure if i even like her at all anymore. she hasn't even tried to talk to him since then i tried talking to her on the internet to get things straightened out and she didn't even say anything and she didnt give me the time of day. any advice from anyone? i'd realy appreciate it. thanks...
ps. do you think all she wanted was just a compliment from me?

No I don't believe she JUST wanted a compliment to boost her ego. Speaking from experience I believe you have given your power away by telling her what you think of her. When I get a letter like that I instantly get the feeling the guy is wimpish (no offense to you) but maybe you should have played it cool and let her come to you or just have said, if you ever need anyone to talk to I'm here. These are the words we really want to here. Eventually I believe she would have come to you for advice and then you take it from there. We rarely go for the guy who is chasing us, it becomes a game, where someone always get hurt! So ignore her and see what happens. As they say " If you let them go and they come back they were yours, if not they never were". Just don't focus so much on her for a while keep busy, better yet let her see you with someone else, it can sometimes click to someone what they have missed. Hope this helped.

Suck it up partner. Don't get down over the actions of a female. As a male your drives are much more simple and you mind is much less convoluted than a female. Don't try to understand, really. Trying to understand this kind of thing is an exercise in futility. Don't be so eager to "share" this kind of thing either. "Sharing your feelings" is real Ross and Chandler crap that should be exercised from the male mind. Besides a lot of females claim to like the sensitive stuff but eons of biology have conditioned them to appreciate other qualities on a level that they don't even understand. Ever wonder why girls like guys who treat them like ****? Biology.

I don't understand why she thinks it's fake. It might help to ignore her for a while and pretend like you don't like her. If her friends ask, tell them you don't like her anymore. Let her see you talking to other girls like you like them. Hug them in front of her too, that might get her boiling from jealousy. She might come and try to start talking to you. Women as well as guys usually don't realize what they have until it's gone.

Maybe she just wants to be friends, but she sounds messed up because when someone writes a PAGE about why they like you, its doubtful its fake.
Either shes too scared because of her ex, or she needs meds.
