They're not all short, but their thickness makes them look short.

Body building will not stunt your growth. Be sure to use a trainer or get some professional guidance and do it right. The muscles in shorter people "bulk" easier than the long leaner muscles do.
I can't stress enough to get some guidance by a professional and start at the ground up. One of the many mistakes that beginners make is to load up with too much weight which the muscles aren't ready to endure, this causes many injuries that take a long time to heal up. Also do a 10 minute warm up before hand so the muscles are ready for the load. Also stretch at the end for flexibility! Got all that? lol

Should not start yet. body building stops growth, due to all the stress you place on your bones and muscles. besides its easier to be stronger smaller than bigger, most big athletes have a hard time defining the body they want that they stop body building and try something else. anyhow, if you want to grow , practice a different sport than bodybuilding and wheightlifting should be controlled. You will need your growth hormone in your height not your volume.
