I've seen a lot of stories like this and the guy or girl always end up asking first. Or maybe none. I think you should found out more about this situation, maybe he just wants to be your friend. Is he taking it seriously? do u know anything about his ex- girlfriends, if any. just wait a couple of days, and who knows, he might surprise you.

Ask him out...a lot of the time the guys are a lot more shy than we are but we don't realy see that!!!!! So just go 4 it if u realy like him. You will never know unless you try!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!
