Take the battery and SIM card out, blot everything dry with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth and let them air dry. A COOL hair dryer can be used too. Sometimes the water does not get into the places where it does permanent damage. Keep it disassembled to ventilate overnight and reassemble it in the morning to give it a try. Good Luck!

Getting it wet is fixable. If it has already been damaged, then you are out of luck.
If the phone is just wet, TURN IT OFF IMMEDIATELY! REMOVE THE BATTERY. Disassemble the phone as far as possible as a user without voiding the warranty. Lay the parts out to dry. DO NOT TURN THE PHONE BACK ON for several days, until it is COMPLETELY dry.

most electronics if they get wet, let them dry out with power off, let them dry for least 2 days, preferably in the sun. then attempt to power on, if nothing, its fried. can be fixed but the cost will be more than a new phone or even a used one off ebay.

I doubt it as the internal parts probably fried and corosion will likely cause the whole system to crash.
