I got a ticket for "disregarding signs or markings", but the moving violation box is not checked. Will this go on my record?

If you plead guilty or are found guilty, it will show on your BMV driving record.

Disregarding a sign is a moving violation and not an equipment violation.

You can find a list of moving violations in the Indiana Criminal Code book available at your local library. Title 9.

Where? You have to ask? Ofcourse it'll be on the road on a daily basis even you yourself violate traffic rules every day, going 50 or faster on a 45 MPH zone. Good enough, yes?
