April 17 this year. Normally it would have been April 16 since the 15th is a Sunday, but the 16th is a holiday in Washington DC so it was extended to April 17. The IRS forms went to print showing the 16th but they realized that there was a DC holiday on the 16th after the forms went to print.

This year, it must be filed by midnight the night of April 17.

I am pretty sure its April 16th. I know for sure its in April so play it safe and go with the 5th.

unless you file for an extension, they have to be in the mail april 15th
