Those are ranked by difficulty and the value is applied also to a "bell" shape of a curve and adjusted accordingly, so a comparitive value of all students taking the test is established. So its impossible to tell just exactly how much one would lose on the total scoring. One might actually get a perfect score by missing several questions. Plus there are so called "test" questions on the exam which arent intended for scoring.
