Teachers have such a hard mentally and physically demanding job. The pressure today are more than they have ever been...with targets, extra curriculum, marking, meetings etc etc etc.
I would recommend that you take a tonic that has a bit of everything in it. If you are UK, Metatone is very good.
MORE than this though......and I DO know how hard this will be....but you MUST cut some corners .... people used to say this to me....but I thought I could Just struggle on and make it to the end of term then relax...although the holiday was often spent feeling run down and ill.
I know that the period running up to end of terms is particularly demanding. I urge you to follow the good enough principle....only do what is absolutely necessary and cut out whatever you can. This is for survival. I wished I'd have taken my own advice. I ended up with pneumonia and seriously ill.
Best wishes.....Enjoy your Easter break!

Teachers often get sick all the time because of all the viruses that spread in schools. As your career goes on you will become more immune to lots of things which is an advantage. My mum is a teacher and for the first few years she got sick all the time, but now shes been teaching for about 15 years and she hardly ever gets sick at all.
There's not really a magic vitamin, i would just take a multivitamin pill each day, that should have the right amount of vitamin C along with other vitamins. :)

well, try to get all your essential vitamins and minerals from foods. you know, when i think about it, you should buy a bunch of alcohol and wipe things down in the am before you start. especially door knobs and such. sometimes taking supplements can cause you more harm than good. check into the cleaners the school uses and maybe you can lobby for something else. often times companies like "3M" will let you try their products before you buy it. And also, not all germicides or cleaners kill the most common types of bacteria and viruses. spraying keyboards and stuff with alcohol is great too. try to improve your enviornment first before you do anything to your body. good luck.

If you take too much Vitamin C eventually your body will develop like an immunity for it and it wont help. Just take what you should take in a normal diet. IYou should also consider buying hand sanitizer. In you field of work you deal with many people. Try to clean your desk and the desks of you students.

Sooner or later your body will get immune to the doses, then you'll need something stronger (side effects are harmful, especially in the long run).
Detoxify your body and try alternatives (all natural)...
