sharp make both.....

there flagship tv at the moment is the new 40" lcd 4d ( the screen does look very good, but like all lcds you will get lagging )

DLP tvs are most common by sharp i believe (digital light processing), better quality than plasma and lcd but have a shorter life. i think they do make some plasma and lcd, check out there webiste, probably

They're concentrating on their development of large-screen full high definition resolution LCDs at the moment. Probably because of the Playstation 3 release. I work for an electrical retailer, and all the LC42XD1E LCDs are *flying* out of the warehouse as people want a full HD LCD for gaming.

Both , but they do more LCDs than Plasma.

they are phasing out production of plasma, same as all the other big names.
