I would say depends on the person, how many drinks they have had that day that holds caffine and how the person takes to caffine but I would say it is highly doughtfull. I drink on adverage a pot of coffee and 3-6 energy drinks (rockstar, monster, red bull, i mix and match) a day and I am ok.. well depending on who you ask LOL. I have been drinking caffine and energy drinks like this for years so my body is used to the high amounts and the only time I have any side effects such as a fast pulse, that I can tell anyhoo lol, is when I do not eat. The food helps to soak up the "rush" so if your worried about it and do NOT have a heart condition or nervious condition just drink it on a full stomache. I wouldn't suggest to start drinking them like I do in one day because if your body is NOT used to it it more then likely will cause problems. You can allso check their website for any side effects you can get.
