you get the bread, and peanut butter and jelly. open the jars. you'll need a knife for the peanut butter and a spoon for the jelly. (although we now use the squeezable bottles). now take the two breads, rub them on your cheecks, because that's how i do it. and then put them on the plate. get your knife and spread the peanut butter on one slice. make swirly whirlies all over the slice. before you put the knife into the sink, carefully lick the remaining peanut butter!! that is very important! now spoon some jelly and put on other slice of bread (the one without the peanut butter). again make swirley whirlies with the jelly. like the jelly off the spoon and off your fingers because it just needs to be done. now put both sliced together. make sure the peanut butter and jelly sides are touching. cut in half, preferably in traingles and eat with a tall glass of shut the hell up! ;o) enjoy!!

at 5'9 you haven't any to lose at a hundred and sixty! you're at with regard to the appropriate length. i admire chef salads for mid day and evening food with dressing on the factor. That way i don't consume too lots of it. low fat and the low carb weightloss plan you have there rather will leave you very hungry. Why not inspect a food regimen plan like South coastline section 2 or Atkins section 4 for the little bit you think of you ought to lose. in case you consume pork and finished eggs you will not want the costly protein shakes. 3 to 4 ozcooked meat is a serving. your clinched fist is serving of fruit or vegetables that are cooked. two times that for uncooked. green leafy is countless milk, yogurt and cottage cheese are a million cup liquid, a million/2 cup of semi sturdy.
