Yes, of course. It is a safe and natural substitute for herbs banned by the Bible.
You should use about two-thirds cup for the following:
2 cups white flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup low-fat cocoa
3 squares of chocolate, melted in microwave
1/3 cup butter, also melted in microwave
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
water
2/3 cups catnip, pure organic from the health food store
optional-raisins or nuts to taste
Preheat oven to 300 d. F. Makes about eight medium-size brownies.
Heat butter and chocolate over low heat in a double boiler. Add cocoa gradually. Add enough water to make a smooth, thick paste. Place aside with a lid on.
Sift flour, baking powder, white sugar and salt together. Mix in brown sugar, packed with a spoon. Make a well and add the egg. Add enough water, about 1/2 cup. Then as you mix it in, pour in the cocoa mixture. Add catnip and stir well.
Grease and flour an eight by twelve square pan about two inches deep. Turn over into pan with spatula. Let bake on middle rack for about twenty minutes or so, keeping an eye on it. Turn down heat to 275 D. f. after fifteen minutes or so.
Let cool for twenty minutes before removing from pan. Place on a plate lined with napkins or paper towel to absorb moisture. Frost when cooled. Very relaxing, mild, pleasant effect-calms the nerves and relieves pain and stress. You need to eat between two to four brownies. Try it with a few glasses of wine or a rum highball.
Catnip is nutritious and completely natural with no side effects or druglike qualities.
Very nice with Betty Crocker frosting, preferably double-fudge.

Yes you can use weed to make brownies, if that is what you are really asking. Who makes them with catnip? That's kinda gross.

Yes, but the tea is better. The health food bars do not have the same texture as they should.

Are we talking "catnip" ;) implying something else?!?! Yeah, you could add it, why not? You could add anything you desire to a recipe, just expect that it might not come out as it normally would without the added ingredient....

Well yes you can, but I really doubt you plan on putting "cay nip" in the brownies!
