SAMOAS, BABY! who doesn't love them? they're chewy and crunchy and caramel-y and chocolate-y and coconut-y and AMAZING! whoever invented the samoa deserves an award!

I love the Samoas, thin mints and trefoils. We used to make a frosting from powdered sugar and milk - make it like a paste, and put it on the butter cookie - yum!!!
