i want to be with this girl but all her friends are telling her it wouldn't be a good idea just because i had a gf while we messed around. i'm not with my gf anymore, i broke up with her just to be with her. her girls set her up with a loser who's a mutual friend of everyone, of course they want her to be with him. i think they try to make him look better, she's told me before she knows we would be "so much better/happier". why does she listen to them? how can i get around these dumb broads?

okay, since i see some have a problem with "dumb broads", let me shed some light. these girls, who are a few years younger than her, don't entirely know our story. she doesn't really open up to them because she doesn't consider them best friends just long time friends. i do love her sincerely, i want her to be happy, but i know i can make her happy for the rest of her life. her friends think we were just fu*king, but it was so far from that for the both of us. i love her, i need her in my life. her friends are dumb and immature, they don't bother to ask what she really wants or feels, they don't dig beyond the suface. Dumb broads.

You had a girl friend while you messed around with her. So far, you don't have much at all going for you in the loyalty department. So it is all the more surprising to read that you think you could make her happy for the rest of her life. NOT! She's lucky to have these so called 'dumb broads' to hang around with - they are not so dumb that they don't see through you. Your male pride has been hurt, it is obvious. And your wanting her now has nothing to do with her.

Your attitude reveals the friends are absolutely right in trying to advise your g/f to stay away from you. She listens to her friends because they genuinely care about her and want her to be happy...you're too selfish and self-centered to see that, and only think about what you want regardless of what is best for your g/f. Referring to someone's friends as "dumb broads" says it all...

She has to listen about how good you are from a person who knows you. Why don't you show how serious you are by introducing her to your family? Probably then it sounds more convincing. And if you come around with the girl gang again, be sarcastic. If they so bothered about other people's bf, do they hv good bf in their keeps? They are just plainly jealous, I'm sure.

Friends last forever!!! That's not always true with men!!
However, if you are interested in dating this young woman; then you need to become aware of what it is that she likes about her friends & why. Then ask yourself, can I get along with her friends?? If not, move on!!!

u have to talk to her privatly and tell her everything u said to us. Tell her that u are the only guy for her and ****. U have to get emotional with her, because girls are really emotional thats why they watch so many love and sad films.
