im really worried that im losing my abs.... ive been doing bicycle crunches for over a month now and i can see my abs pretty nicely but... sumtimes wen i flex them lately i can only see outlines a little bit :( im afraid tht ive started to lose them or sumthing i dunno.. pleaz help.. p.s. i do them daily sometimes twice daily.....(6 sets of 50)....(and when i dont do them for even one day i feel sooooo bad so i do my abs like 3 times in one day.......

p.s i havent changed my routine at all! i dont know whats wrong.. mayb im just getting used to them so they seem smaller?? i dont know

oh and one more thing... i havnt gained any weight ... ive stayed steady at 63 kg.... but sumtimes it says im 64 but then i get off... and go back on the scale again and im back to 63... i think its my scale... o well

If u r gaining weight then you'll loose them......
