companies or do I need to add the collection agencies too, who have sent me letters?

Credit card companies and agencies. I filed for bankruptcy a year ago because I co-signed for a truck under my
ex-boyfriend(because I was scared not to) I was finally able to get out of the relationship, but he took off with the truck and didn't pay a dime (loser) The bank kept calling me, but I couldn't pay it. It was sent to collections and eventually many other collection agencies. When I claimed I only listed the bank. So, the collectors kept bothering me after my bankruptcy was discharged. I just got everything taken care of. List everything.

Good idea to add the collection agencies; that way they'll get notice of your bankruptcy filing and stop calling. I think you can list them as "notice only".

yes I think you need to put everything on it so they know whats happening good luck to you
