Generally breeders do not allow payment plans unless it is with a very good friend. I would like you to do a bit of research on chihuahua color genetics. There ARE color combinations that produce puppies with genetic defects. I have provided a link to get you started. There are also color specific defects and you'll have to find a mentor to explain all of that to you. I recommend contacting a reputable breeder to guide you through everything. I know a couple and you can e-mail me if you'd like to talk to them.

I breed Australian sheperds I would not allow you to buy take or leave with one of my pups without it be paid in full I know the chi s can be expensive but you can leave a deposit on a pup and when it comes of age to go home you then pay the rest but a payment plan no ,and as the other person said care for the female during pregnancy is expensive vet ,shots boosters Then threes the pups after birth have to have vitamin shots then puppy shots in my case tail dockings dew claws

I had someone ask me if they can make payments for my puppies..I tell people I keep my puppies for 8 weeks..they have that much time to pay for the puppy. I really don't think a breeder will let one of their puppies go on a payment plan.

If this is what you want to buy.... then save for the puppy then go looking. Also if you have to make payment on a puppy then I really don't think you can afford to breed them. The cost of taken care of mommy and puppies could run a lot. Just something to think about..

Goldengals right no one will sell on a payment plan, unless you know the breeder personally, and they are willing to let you do that. I have 4 chihuahuas 1 long hair and 3 short hair. The long hair is male and bred with my short hair and they had twins 3 years ago. Best of Luck... Yuna

No breeder with a good reputation would sells pup on a payment plan. Nor would they take a visa or master card!

Save your money until you can afford what you want!

YOU DO NOT WANT TO OUTCROSS BREED YOUR TWO DOGS!! unless you show both of them, attain their championships ( thereby deeming them fit for breeding and for the betterment of the breed) besides breeding two "mismarked" chihuahuas does not guarantee the pups will have that... you would have to study the markings of the parents of the grandparents of the siblings etc... temperament and conformation are the things that should be considered when breeding... PLEASE spay your pet dogs and do not contribute to the puppymill/backyard breeding frenzy geesh
