see my mom will not let get them because she says that my hair will get all culy. I just want to know how to confince her to let me get layers. I also whant to know if it's true? Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

layers don't make your hair completely curly, if you get the proper sort of layers you can have the bottom section of your hair curly and let the top just fall bouncy and flat. it's really cute what a good layered hair cut can do to your hair. even if you have really curly hair still it's a good idea to get layers cos then the puffiness at the back of your hair goes down a lot. i really think that layers are the best this that happened to wavy hair. even my hair is curly/wavy but after my hair cut it looks super cute. tell you mom it's just a try, after all hair is going to grow back if it doesn't work out for you. so don't worry get your mom to come around to your way of thinking, you know you can do it.

I think if you get short layers your hair will get more poofy. Long layers can help decrease the volume of curly hair and make it more managable. Make sure you find a someone to cut your hair who knows how to cut curly hair or it could be a disaster. If you are in New York you could go to the Devachan salons- they specialize in curly and wavy hair.

Layer-the inner layer is longer then the outer layer of hair and due to shoulder length hair inner part of the hair is been bended so it will curl it out.for the outer layer is stil short so will remain staight.which is why alot thinks that layer cause curl which is not true unless is born natural curl...

i have straight/wavy hair.. but i have layers and i love them .... my mom always says to me hair will grow back so if it does get really curly then just straighten it and if u don't like it your hair will grow back

i have curly hair and get it layered every three months it makes my hair more manageable and thins it out a little so it doesent appear so heavy

I have layers and wavey hair it will continue to still look just wavey however it will look really nice because it should flick out at different points in your hair. My boyfriend says he loves my hair wavey and natural.

i had alot of layers and i also had curly hair soo i got a straitner and straignted my hair and it wasnt all big and puffy it looked pretty adn u could see all the layers

If you have curly/wavy hair, your hair will get pretty curly.

yeah it does but not too much from the way it did ;look before, although if you want straight hair, it should be cut straight, or in a U or V shape.
