How do I make a chart of data in excel?

a need a line graph. i have two columns. it wants to make both columns separate functions, i need the first one to the x's and the second one to be the y's thanks.

You can use and x-y scatter plot. It is one of the options on charts. It looks like a line graph but without the line.

Goto bring up "Chart Menu Bar":

then click on "Chart" this will bring up a button that will show several types of charts pick one then go from there.

But we really don't like is how to questions without more information. It is about like asking why is my car running badly? Who knows?
