Falcon nest in Indianapolis IN?

In Indianapolis ,In on the momument circle there is a nest of two falcons that nest everyyear and raise a bird

Yes, birds of prey (and owls) nest much earlier in the season than other birds.

Both American Kestrels and Peregrine Falcons will nest in urban areas. Peregrines make a pretty good living on pigeons in some cities.
