When I lived in the suburbs (mostly old people in my area), I went to a local Indian restaurant and asked for hot sauce with my meal. They gave me a homemade Tobasco. Yuk.
When I moved to LA, I went to the Indian restaurant up the street. It was filled with different ethnicities, all ages. I asked for extra super hot sauce. They gave me a thick chile sauce that I could barely eat. It was DELICIOUS!
