Last night I went to a barbecue party at my friend's house and I ate a lot of hot dogs and burgers and shishkabobs. This morning at four am I woke and went to the bathroom immediatly. When I sat down diarrhea came out. I was wondering if it was from the barbecue. Then just ten minutes ago my stomach began growling and then hurting. It wasn't searing pain but it was more like kind of having a sore throat on your stomach. Hard to describe. So i went to the bathroom again and threw up. After I threw I began trembling. Now my throat is sore from the "stuff" but everything else is fine. My stomach is just twinkling a little bit. is that normal because I slept on a FULL STOMACH?

I would take immodium.
It might last through the day today if it's really bad.
If it is food poisoning, it won't be done with quite yet..and you could have it and noone else, like your burger wasnt fully cooked etc.
If something just didnt agree with you, you're probably done spewing.
Also, drink water so you don't get dehyrdated

You probably got food poisoning from something you ate. Take it easy, you'll feel better soon. It had nothing to do with sleeping on a full stomach.

Sounds like you over indulged and this is your body's way of getting back at you. Make sure you drink fluids, little and often is the key, the diarrhea is likely to dehydrate you. You should gradually start to feel better. If it hasn't improved by tomorrow or starts getting worse see a doctor.
Learn from this, don't do it again.

You most likely ate bad food. The food was either expired or not prepared correctly and it made you sick. Drink some gingerale ale when you start feeling better. It should settle your stomach.

it's not sleeping on a full stomach, its eating wayyyyyy too much of things that aren't great for your body in the first place. Just take it easy next time.

real! yet one might rather could desire to be stupid to place self belief in unofficial us in such extreme rely as well being. I recommend, that's for having distinctive opinion and helping making judgements, yet no longer for professional solutions.
