I'm not sure about this, but maybe if you look in the home canning section of your local grocery store, it might be there. It might be Knoxx or it might be called Sur-gel.

In the States, you can buy it at groceries stores, the larger ones, as Knox Unflavored Gelatin. You can also but it in bulk at a health food store.

I can find it in Safeway stores near the baking goods. It's in tinier boxes than Jello. And usually high up or low down on the shelves.
