Im trying to improve my spainish, does anybody know any good sites where i can download and watch spanish with english subtitles or vice versa!

Don't know mate, but why not check your collection of DVD's?

On a lot of films you can change the Language and subtitles between English & Spanish.

Most films and TV programmes in continental Europe are dubbed, not subtitled. I agree with the previous answerer that some English-language dvds released in Britain offer subtitles/dubbing in other languages, so maybe that would help you. Maybe look for a Spanish dvd in Britain too, such as Volver or Pan's Labyrinth, as they should include English subtitles.
