I have hair that reaches a quarter down my back, and I need to remove my lice. Do you know any methods of removing it by myself?

Is it possible to do it by myself or do I really need someone else to do it for me?

Special shampoo that can be purchased at any Walmart or drug store and use a fine toothed comb afterwards, making sure you hit every strand of hair to remove the eggs.

Also make sure to wash all your clothes and bed linens to get rid of any little bugs or eggs that might have taken up residence on them.

It is easy to remove head lice by yourself, all you do is go to the store and by this stuff called rid x. Wash your hair with it and then take the lice comb that they give you in the box and comb through it in very small sections. BE SURE TO RINSE THE BRUSH OUT with every comb through other wise you will reinfect yourself.
