Mine is cheese omelet. I also like sunny-side-up once in a while. But if you like to do something better with eggs, then try doing the Leche Flan. It's always a winner. I give the recipe below:

12 ea Egg yolks
1 ea Evaporated milk
1 can Condensed milk, sweeten
Brown sugar for a syrup

Mix eggs and milks together. Make a syrup of the sugar and hot water in a flan pan, then add egg mixture and steam in wok for 30-40 mins.. Cool and invert on plate. Serve.

The best way to *MAKE* eggs? I'd let the chickens handle that part for you!!
The best way to *prepare* eggs, in my opinion, is eggs benedict.
Soft poach 2 eggs. that means you bring a pot of water to the boil with about a teaspoon of vinegar in it. Once the water boils, turn it down to low. Break your egg into a small bowl or saucer without breaking the yolk. gently slide the egg into the water, which should be barely simmering. Slide the second egg into the pan but on the other side so they don't touch. Let them simmer for about 4 minutes, you'll be able to tell when they're cooked enough cause they won't be too soft, they'll hold together when you pick them up with a slotted spoon.
While they're cooking, toast 2 english muffin halves and heat 2 slices of ham or canadian bacon. Put the muffin on the place, top each half with a slice of ham, then a poached egg. Pour some hollandaise sauce over everything (you can buy the powdered mix for this if you don't want to make it from scratch) and there you go, eggs benedict!
Serve alone, or wirh some homefried potatoes & fresh fruit on the side.

Oh wow! where do I begin. I cook them sooo many ways. One of my favorites is to beat about a dozen, add about 1/4 cup milk or half & half (I like half & half better, but either does fine). Add salt & pepper to taste. I put about 1 teaspoon or so each of vanilla and sugar in mine. Some people don't like the vanilla taste, but I do. Then I add green peppers, onions, browned sausage, hash browns or shredded potatoes and bake at 350 degrees until done. Usually takes about 45 min., but I check it often after about 30 min. Time is according to what I put in it. Sometimes I add some ham and/or bacon. I cut into normal serving pieces, put each piece in a plastic bag and freeze them. Makes for a quick breakfast. Oh yeah, you can also put a little shredded cheese on top when near done. This is very versitile and you can add most anything to this.
