For a decent meal in local resturants, it can range from $6.50 per meal per person without drink.
Bus costs $2.00 one way (can get transfer once per ticket). Bus #52 goes round the island. Spend about 4-5 hours on the bus and ended up the same starting place - Ala Moana Shopping Center. There is a special tourist pass called 4 day pass. It valid for four (4) consecutive days of unlimited bus rides. Honored on all regular and commuter express services.
