Does anyone know this flag?

I was recently in a bar in Barbados and came acroos this flag, I was wondering if anyone knows it.....It has a dark blue background with a large white V like symbol and a small red maple leaf at the bottom of the V.

No, I have never come across a flag like that. Where did you find it in Barbados? What was the context in which you saw it?
