Hey. excuse my ignorance, but here in the U.S. I don't know what 3 stones is.. Sorry.. but any weight loss program would include caloric restriction, cutting out empty calorie foods and adding more complex veggies, low fat protein. Cardio exercise, either walking ,jogging, cycling, swimming.. anything to get your heart rate up. Weight training. Start slow and try a couple sets per body part, three times a week. gradually build up to more weight and more sets. Good luck. Hope this helped.

Try spinning classes 4 times a week with some weight training beforehand together with a healthy diet. I did this with the GI Diet and lost 2.5 stone in 5 months.

loads of cardio workouts running is the best way to lose weight if you can that is! try just walking for a good half an hr ever day until your slightly out of breath! then up your exercise. Swimming is good, i do 2 classes of body pump and that really does give you results!

Try the weight loss programmes on the machines in the gym. Try and do some weights too, once you have muscle your body will uses more calories even when you are doing nothing.

I lost weight by using the treadmill or any cardio workout equipment. Best to ask a trained fitness person. Also, you must watch calorie and fat intake, even though you'll burn a lot of them off with exercize.

Be consistent and vary your workout. Combine aerobic and resistance training. Work your heart and your muscles. Remember that in resistance training lower weight and more repetitions is most effective. Reduce calories. Good luck.
What is the conversion from stones to pounds? I forgot. If you don't mind, please email me the answer. Just curious. I used to know.

Are your dishes too large? A healthy dinner should fit on a 9-inch plate. You may know that kid-sized plates are more appropriately sized to feed a grown-up!

Edamame (soy beans) really are a great low-cost snack. Look on their behalf in the frozen foods portion.
