What kind of food is good to eat at a Japanese restaraunt, if you are counting calories and trying to lose weight?

Shashime. Raw fish with sauce. Low carb, high protien and high in Omega 3 fatty acids. Very good for you.

If it is a true japanese restaurant you will not have to watch the calories. Japanese people are seldom fat, because they eat healthy. Only since macdonalds came did they get fat too.... so... eat all you want there... within normal boundaries of course..:)
