Hi can anyone tell me why it says on the back of the bottle if you have a thyroid disorder you cannot take the tablets. Im not saying I have a thyroid Disorder, its just that when I get any type of slimming pill even the herbal ones that increase the metabloism, I feel really really ill, There suppose to give energy rather than make me feel like I havent slept all week, I feel sick and I cant see properly its like my eyes are drunk but ny body isnt, if you get what I mean.
I do have some of the symptoms of having a thyroid problem, Like feeling the cold more, feeling tired and depressed, Lots of anxirty, stomach pains, increase weight gain and not much weight loss when dieting etc. I was just wondering if I do have a thyriod problem would the pills effect me like this or is it just something that effects a lot of people that havent got a thyroid problem. I know loads of people who can take them and none of the side effects i HAVE.
Any advice would be grest thanks.

You really need to go and see your doctor and tell him the problems you've been having. Even if you're perfectly healthy I wouldn't take fat burners or slimming pills. When it sounds too good to be true that's because it is too good too be true. Good luck!

All over the counter climming pills are absolute rubbish. Any success is solely placebo effect. The symptoms you describe aren't that of a thyroid problem, in fact they prove you don't have one (you describe symptoms of an underactive AND overactive thyroid - and it's impossible to have both so these symptoms are not a thyroid problem.)

Your side effects from your pills are nothing to do with your thyroid. Sorry. They're just natural side effects from feeling crap about your weight and pumping yourself full of crap 'medication'. Just because something is herbal doesn't mean you won't get exhaustion/stomach cramps/the runs/nausea etc.

There are only 2 diet pills proved to work and licenced in the UK. They're only given out by a qualified doctor, or of course bought on-line from dodgy sellers. Neither of these pills will 'increase your energy' and they'll only help you lose weight if you follow their rules.

I would definitely recommend going to see a doctor. You might have a thyroid problem because any pills like that will make me, and most people I know pretty wired. Go get it checked out that way if you do have a thyroid problem you can really take care of the root of what is going on. Also, then you'll know for sure and won't be questioning!

Quick solution, don't take ANY slimming pills.
Look around you and think for about 5 seconds before wasting more of your money, If any of them really worked and produced sustained weight loss do you think the population would look as it does?

There are no tricks or easy routes to weight loss. Just 2 simple rules : Less in more out. Eat less calories and take more exercise. You cant take short cuts, in the long run they just don't work!

Hi more then taking the tablets it sounds like you need to see your doctor. If you do have a thyorid problem then your weight will change anyway when diagnosed and on proper medication. I dropped two dress sizes when I was put on the correct medication.

If thats not the problem then you need to diet properley, I have tried herbal and prescription slimming pills and non have ever worked. Its about a balanced diet and exercise.

Well the only real way of knowing if you have a thyroid problem is getting your blood levels checked. But most dieting pills are made up of caffiene or other stimulants, and even the "herbal" ones aren't that healthy. But either way the symptoms your describing aren't healthy, and if you take alot of them the symptoms can compound. I would suggest to stop taking the pills, and see your doctor to determine what exactly is going on.

because if you have these disorders it could make the conition worse. if these fat burners are making you feel this way you shouldnt be taking them. talk to a doctor they may be something wrong. if your taking other medications they could be reacting with those. those diet pills are bad for you anyway. there not regulated by the FDA so they can put whatever claims they want on their products and it may not be true. if you want to burn calories talk to a registerd dietian and they can tell you more about these diet supplements

They have the same side effects as caffiene. They can speed up your heart rate , disrupt sleeping and cause drowsiness, dizziness, dehydration amongst other things. They really dont work and if they do the chances of keeping the weight off is slim to nothing. The reason you cannot take them if you have a thyroid problem is because your body metabolizes things differently and it can cause severe health issues.

People who have a thyroid pronblem are usually on tablets s they are not allowed to take them type of tablets because it can mix with them tablets and make them ill or even can result in death. The best thing to do is go to doctors and tell them you think you might have a thyroid proble all they will do is give you a blood test.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/2LgCq
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.
