I've been eating healthy, no junk food at all. I have been eating a high protien diet, also creatine and protien shakes. Is this 10 pounds of muscle or fat that i gained?

It really depends on how long you've been working out. Usually in the 1st week or so of using creatine and protein shakes you'll gain 5-10 lbs of water weight, but overtime you can develop it into muscle. Just keep working out hard and increase weights of what you're doing and stuff.

Only you can tell. Look at your abs, face.. etc. you can tell if your adding too much fat.. I'm sure your adding muscle too. High protein is okay, but it comes with a price. Personally.. I'd eat more fish/chicken.. protein shake(whey) in the am. and maybe one in the pm. too.. Get a lot of vegetables. Not just protein.. get salads, broccoli, carrots, baked potato's, lot's of greens, tomato's too. Oatmeal for breakfast, skim milk or your shake. Egg whites.. limit yokes..
