im 17, i work out, im really happy with my body, but i have these damn skinny wrists that are pretty embarassing
i eat a lot, and whenever i start to gain weight it always goes to my stomach and not my wrists i also take protein
i dont know what else to do-

Maybe it's just how you are meant to be...
Why should small wrists be embarrassing! I think you need to stop stressing about it!

wrists are genetic.. can't change the bone structure. Just deal with it. we are all different.. Maybe you meant your embarrassed with your forearms? If so, do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.. Regular curls hit your forearms indirectly too. A rule of thumb or at least it as when I was training. Your biceps/triceps have the ability to grow to 10" larger than your wrist.. So. If you have a 7" wrist, you have the capacity to grow 17" arms. Now.. that's natural.. No roid's.

How small are your wrists? My wrists are 5 1/2 inches around. I like having small wrists. Why would small wrists be embarrassing?
