Too many calories will make you fatter - including calories from fruit.

Don't know how fat you are now, but if you're truly overweight, you either eating a whole hell of a lot of apples and plums or you're eating your fruit and a lot of other foods too.
Either way, you're addicted to 'eating'. You need to eat less or you need to have a balanced diet.

The web, including Yahoo, has countless examples of what a balance diet (and in your case, potion sizes) look like.

Read and follow the suggestions. You will have to have strong will to start and continue to follow the plan.

Your will is the root cause of your problem - that's what you have to focus on to begin to make the changes you want in your eating habits.

Good luck.

how long did it take you to get home???

i always find a good idea is to eat a proper meal before you go shopping - that way you will not buy food you really don't need on impulse and you won't be tempted to snack on it on the journey home!!!

apples and plums will not make you fat however they are high in natural sugars. yes they are a lot healthier than chocolates but it is important to eat a proper balanced diet. next time you go shopping buy plenty of veg as well...a good healthy snack is celery or peppers with a low fat dip like houmous...why not try this next time you're peckish?

good luck!

Give up the apples. If plums are like prunes, they have a laxitive effect.

apples and plums are good for you, they do not make you fat although too many sometimes tend to cause a tummy ache.

I shared a bowl of chopped mangoes with my son earlier. Maybe you should share them with your friends or family.

If you are really concerned then contact your doctor or nutrientist.

That's good!! Why don't you buy less at a time and hen even if you do eat all of them it wouldn't be that many. Still, eating lots of fruit is good for your halth. I wish I had an addiction to fruit and vegetables....=]

I have a similar problem. When I wear a thong, it looks like I'm smugglin' plums.

I really like both fruits and fresh vegetables better, regardless how they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event that it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
