You are not alone. God will never leave you or forsake you. Remember that.
Can you talk to someone..a friend, a counselor, a relative, a minister...or the suicide hotline? Sometimes it is hard to see answers to your own problems when you are depressed, but sometimes other people can figure out some options or solutions for you. Give it a try.
Today may be bad, but life may get better. It is the waiting for the better that is Hell, I know....but try to be patient and talk to someone...

I just read your other questions.
This is my response to them in general:
#1. Learn to check a person out BEFORE getting emotionally attached to them. YOU are responsible to protect yourself.

#2. Learn to 'role with the punches', to use whatever experiences you have, to learn lessons from. Use these in the future to have more successful relationships, & avoid problems.

i might say helpless. Hopeless is a physique of concepts. Helpless may be a actual situation. Hopelessness may be cured particularly definitely by technique of in basic terms changing your concepts. Helpless could be incurable or require significant surgical operation.

I am a trained psychiatrist.
From what I can tell, you have ADD and probably Bi-Polar II.
You need to be on Ritalin and Rispiridone. Possibly Lexapro and maybe Lithium as well.
I am sorry to say but I am picking up signs of early onset schizophrenia in your writings too.
I highly suggest that you have yourself admitted to a psychiatric facility where they can correct the problems.
Start seeing a psychiatrist regularly. He can monitor your dangerous tendancies and make sure that you won't harm anyone.

Even though sometimes you may feel like you are alone, God is always there, waiting for you to cry out to Him. He loves you much more than you will ever know. Believe me, I know how you feel, but please do not turn to suicide. Please. God has a plan for your life. I know that now it feels like you may never be happy, but it can happen. Pray to God, tell him what troubles you and ask Him to help you. Just cry out to Him. Go to this website: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=14907518
Listen to: Cry Out To Jesus and Mountain of God. These songs really help me when I am down. Also, have you ever been saved? Please respond back. I will say a prayer for you right now. Don't give up!

look at others who are disfigured or have no hands or had a stroke and can't speak.
How bad off are you?
get outside and stop feeling sorry for yourself. YOu need to think outwards and not dwell on yourself.
