I'm 6'4 and 230 lbs.

I've been working out some but also eating a lot. I looked a little big. What do you think?

I'm mostly muscle but my stomach comes out a little...but not much though. I do work out every other day but then again I love Taco Bell.

Maybe you can start doing some exercises and eat more moderately

Stay under 200 pounds? at 6'4?! I don't think so. My boyfriend is in the airforce and is 6'1 and weighs 230. He is in GREAT shape and goes to the gym everyday. I would say ask your Dr. It all depends on if your weight is fat or muscle. Just make sure to keep in shape, if you feel like your health is in danger or you don't feel good about how you look, then make sure to excersize and keep in touch with your Dr. about what you can do and what a healthy weight for you would be.

Yes, you might want to work on staying under 200 lbs. that would be healthiest for you.
