Exercise balls (aka Swiss balls, theraballs, balance balls etc) can be found at any exercise store, such as sportscheck. A good one costs around $40. The cheaper ones will stretch out a lot quicker and become softer quicker which means you will constantly have to fill them with more air.

The most important thing is that it is the right size for you. When you sit on it, your knees should be at about 90 degrees, in normal posture.

Hope this helps.

The Swiss Balls (also called core balls) can be found in the sporting goods department of almost any department store.

You can also purchase them online but then you have to pay for shipping and wait a week or so.

In my area Target has the largest selection. They also have them in Kmart, Sears, Walmart, Kohls and Shopko.

They have both the "name brand" and standard types. The cost is very reasonable and the pack that I got has 4 different sizes and it was $19 something.

Not too long ago I saw someone purchasing one at Walmart in the line in front of me. It looked like it had to be inflated before used.
