All of the above are correct.

I would just like to add that the Catholic Church imposed the rule of Easter duty because at one time, people felt so unworthy of receiving the Body of Christ in the Eucharist that they did not receive this sacrament for years.

Obviousl;y, this is not a heathy relationship with Jesus Christ, so the Catholic Church made it a rule to receive Eucharist at least once per year
