It's always wise to to stay away from products that contain alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, animal products and bi products, acetone, etc. These ingredients have been shown to cause irritation and dryness. Drying out your skin often causes it to overcompensate by producing more oil, later causing skin problems. Also, products that contain mineral oi, the molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate the pores of your skin, sit on the top layer like saran wrap and just get wiped off over time. This causes dirt and debris to collect of your skin and give a temporary feeling of softness but have little to no benefit in the long run.
You need a pure, water based product that will penetrate your dermis and deeply clean, condition, and hydrate your skin with proper ingredients to combat acne and will not cause irritation or dryness. You might want to try Arbonne. Their products are formulated in Switzerland and regulated by the FDA, so they do not contain any of the ingredients listed above. They are pure, safe, beneficial, and hypoallergenic. They have a great acne line where people have seen amazing results! They also have a great dietary supplement to support skin from the inside out targeting troubled skin with vitamins, minerals and L-Lysine, an amino acid. I would be happy to help you and show you how your can purchase the products at a 35% discount if you're open to giving it a try. The system will end up costing $43 + shipping and tax. That's a great price for fast results, pure, safe, and beneficial products that have been proven to work. Take a look at some of the before and after pictures. Good luck.

ProActive is really great at first, but then the results just wear off..then its back to acne. Cetaphil is good, its cheaper and makes skin looks radiant. Keep in mind..that you need a toner (Clean&Clear or Netro.) and skin lotion (Olay). Stay away from Estee Lauder..it dried my face off. Go see a derm. and get some on the spot acne treatment(this is your #2 priorty)...good luck

raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a
bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has
been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections.
good luck

Try this for acne:
Accutane-an antibiotic and Ziana- a new acne gel. See your dermotologist. Also wash face with cool or cold water, never hot. And never use scrubs or toners, they aggravate acne. Use a mild cleanser and mositurizer like Cetaphil.
I think all those acne washes on the market are not good for the skin and just aggravte it more.

A dedicated skin regime of washing, toning and moisturizing twice a day with a once a week unclogging face mask. It may take some getting used to but you will absolutely love your skin in a few weeks time! If you want a package for all the above, I would recommend trying ProActiv.

Your skin can tell alot of what is going on inside. Are you drinkin enough water? If you take care of your health you will see an improvement on your skin along with a skin cleansing regiment. Drink water, exercise your diet(foods you eat) and are you going to the bathroom regularly? These small things will make great changes on your skin; also your pillow=breeds bacteria, change your pillow and change pillow cases every week.

I think it really depends on your skin type. I tried ProActive and it make my face an absolute mess - extremely dry and patchy. Neutrogena products works wonders for my skin though. Don't expect to see results from any product over night. It can take weeks or even months to see a difference in your skin. Good luck!
