For those of you who have done the lemonade diet, i need some help. One of my questions is do i have to add the cayenne pepper? It burns my mouth and tongue and sometimes throat. Also, does it have to be ORGANIC and grade B maple syrup? Because i can't find any and i've been using regular maple syrup for two days. And finally, how much weight is the average you lose? I'm 150 lbs and about 5'3". Does anyone know how much i might lose on the lemonade diet? Also, does your stomache growl from not eating anything because i have school and would really perfer NOT to be embarrassed by gurgling intestines. Thanks for any help! :)
