Where is your drive for five? I don't see five servings of vegetables and fruit up there and there is a decided lack of milk and dairy. Needs work

No to the chips and hotdog...Eat something healthier. if you like vegetables, eat some salad. For breakfast, come on, you need more than a cereal bar. It's the most important meal of the day. Try some eggs, and some toast. My sister's on a diet and eating healthier really does help a lot, but things you think are healthy might really not be. For example, chicken pot pie has about the same nutrition value as a Big Mac. You should do a Google search for diet tips.

First of all, why do you think your fat?? Im sure your beautiful! Secondly, about the meals, breakfast is a major no-no. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, believe it or not. At breakfast you should alot more than that but you dont need to go overboard. A healthy breakfast is eggs, wheat toast with some butter, and a glass of milk or juice! Also, never skip breakfast! Some people that want to lose weight will skip breakfast when all that does for you is gain weight! When you skip breakfast you get REALLY hungry at lunch and eat everything in site which does not help if you want to stay fit or lose weight! For lunch try eating a lunch meat sandwich like a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato and wheat bread! Its yummy and good for you! Or you could have a ham sandwich if you dont like turkey! As a snack, the best bet is to have raw veggies or fruits like carrot sticks, celery sticks, broccoli, cauloflower, apples, pears, bananas, etc. But not all of that at once! (haha) And as a drink with your lunch have water, milk, or juice! And for dinner thats a pretty good meal but I must warn you that spaghetti is very fattening. Try a whole grain pasta with broccoli, and one roll with some butter because most rolls are white which can be fattening unless you find whole wheat or wheat rolls! And a glass of ice water is perfect with that meal! Eat things like that everyday but switch it up sometimes! Good Luck!

Breakfast you can eat more than that such as a bowl of cereal with sliced strawberries and bananas...lunch you can have hot-dogs and chips but also have some water,or sugar free lemonade but no coffee or caffeine.
and dinner also good but remember if you are not lactose intolerant the you need 8oz of milk to stay healthy! You do not need to run a mile everyday that will stress out your muscles and body..so you should run the mile at least twice a week or every other day!

Yeah, you are, no offense.
165 is heavy.
I don't think you will lose weight like that, here's a better meal plan:
Breakfast- whole wheat toast with cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, jelly, whatever you like.
Lunch- Salad
Snack- Fruit or vegtables
Dinner- Broccoli, chicken, or meat
Drink a lot of water!
1 mile is very little, maybe try to run 4 miles, and you will be seeing results in no time!

Hot dog and chips isn't exactly healthy! Why not switch to something with a little less fat - fish is definitely good. A tuna sandwich would provide lots of vitamins, and protein.
Running 1 mile a day WITHOUT FAIL should get anyone fit, if they do it long enough. If you keep that up, you'll be able to have a fair bit of leeway in what you eat :)

the breakfast thing is bad cause the cereal bar has too much sugar eat some eggs lunch is bad cause it's chips and a hot dog and dinner is bad cause it too much carbs later in the day.try eating carb early on to give you energy to burn it off,and try to do more workouts than 1 mile of running.

Looking good starts within... no matter what you look like from the outside, before you accept yourself on the inside you will never be able to perceive yourself in a realistic manner...
