hard to find a pair of trucks under $25, if you do they must be used but I found a site that has some for around $22 for a set.

not sure how good they are I know they arn't name brand so good luck. If you can get an extra 10 bucks you'd be set cause there are some good ones in the $30 range. It doesn't matter that you have a zero board all trucks in the 7" to 7.75" range should work.
