G-d doesn't expect that you should make yourself more ill or others ill as well to attend mass. You should still be able to attend mass next week and you'll feel better then.

I am not Roman Catholic, but I am a doctor. And as a doctor I would like to suggest to you to visit your physician, who will surely order some lab work to determine what is wrong with you, and prescribe you a good treatment so you can feel better and not miss mass next week.
Drink a glass of orange juice each day. If your symptoms include fever, don't wait until tomorrow to see your doctor.

I am Roman Catholic and I will skip mass here and there when I'm sick. First of all, you need to get better and also you don't want to make anybody else sick. God hears your prayers at home too! Get well so you can be at mass next week. God Bless :)

you need to get some rest, take care of your body and avoid spreading the virus to others- no longer Roman Catholic- but a little bit of common sense. no matter what church you go to.

If you have a virus, it wouldn't be very nice to go to church and risk getting others ill. Just stay home, rest, and get better. I'm sure God is all about you taking care of your health.

Yeah! Go to church and infect the whole church with your virus! What a great idea! God certainly will protect them.
No seriously, stay at home and cure yourself. For yor own good and the good of those who do got to church.

If you are sick, it is permissible to miss Mass. I would suggest that you go to the Creighton University online ministry Daily Reflection page at http://www.creighton.edu/CollaborativeMinistry/daily.html and read the Mass readings and the reflection on the readings.

My parents told me to stay in bed, so that's good enough for me. Stay in bed and get better. (If you can.) They reminded me also that spreading what I had would not be good either.
Your sick - get better, go to confession (and talk it over if you need to), then return to mass healthy.
Oh, If your fortunate to have your Priest phone number call him to feel better about this. (?)
Hope you get better soon!

Honestly, I don't think it would hurt anything if you just prayed or worshipped or whatever you do from bed.
But I'm an atheist, so I'm not going to claim to know much about this.
Maybe you could call one of your friends from mass and ask them?

Just as a human being, keep your virus to yourself, don't spread it around church.
Sharing your illness wouldn't be a loving thing to do, now would it?
