Nope. In fact eating 600 calories a day is not healthy. 800 is better than 600, but try again.

There's a myth that if you exercise and lose more calories than you eat, you'll lose weight.

Sure you will. You'll be losing water weight that will be coming back.

Try this: LEARN how to eat in moderation. Don't count calories, just eat in moderation and stick to the food pyramid. In other words, EAT HEALTHILY! BUT eat wisely in moderation.

Also, exercise daily. Don't exercise to the point where you can't walk. Exercise 30-60 minutes/day and that's it. If you want a better work out, don't increase the time, increase the resistance.

Don't expect miracles. Trying to lose 50 pounds in 2 months isn't going to be possible. Work at it and don't expect IMMEDIATE results. Nothing is going to be fast. Expect to lose 2-3 pounds/ week and depending on your exercise, you may gain a few pounds of it back as well since muscle weighs more than fat.

Also...remember to be healthy.

3500 calories = 1 pound .

No you will not lose weight, if that is off your metabolic number.

500 calories X 7 = 3200 and you would gain 1 pound every week. At 600 to 800 you would gain more.

Get your metabolic number. Weight X 10 multiply by .3 if you are a little active. That will be the number for you to work off of. ( Notice...that is times point 3 )

Well I think you should atleast have 1200 calories a day, because you need a certain amount of calories daily just to function correctly, and do daily activities. You burn calories even just brushing your teeth, so 600 calories is not enough.

When you get "too little calories" your Metabolism slows down so you can conserve energy, so you actually won't be losing too much weight at all.

Whoa! That's literally starvation rations.
You could do some serious physical damage.
Depending on your age, bone structure, and height you shouldn't go less than 1000 cals. a day, and THAT's not much.

Consult your doctor before you go on a diet. He / She will be able to tell you exactly what calories you need to take in to loose weight and stay healthy.

ADDITIONAL:
Hmmm, looking over the questions you've asked over the past very few HOURS. You either have an unhealthy food fixation or your pulling our collective legs.
Are you serious or punking us?
